Sir Crackerton
Here are picture by picture details for knitting Sir Crackerton. I took process photos as I was designing him, I hope these help if you have questions about the written instructions.

Finishing the top of the Hat
There is a little pointy nipple at the top of the hat. Use
the tail from cast on, weave the tail through the stitches
sideways at the bottom of the nipple all around, pull it
tight. I wrapped the yarn all the way around once then
strung it through to the underside and wove it in.

BO the back & finish the Hat Brim
Here are examples of binding off the back of the hat and the finished hat brim. You can see the lifeline for picking up with the skin color for the face.

Shoulder Epiletes
Make scrunch at top of arm – using CO tail on a tapestry needle, thread it thru the center of the circle, string needle through the back of 2 sts right at the color change edge where the tails are, repeat threading thru about 5 more times around the edge until you reach the tails again. Pull all tight so that the pouf scrunches down, tie all tails together in a knot to secure the scrunch.

Collar
Knitting the edge of the collar together with the bottom purl stitch.
